After subscribing to your Enterprise Support Access, you have already access to your support level, but your account isn't ready to use phone support in case something happens.
To do so, please create a support ticket with the following information and select Other as the subject, please include the following in the ticket:
- Email of the responsible.
- Full Name of the responsible.
- Name of the company.
- Company URL.
- Phone number of the company.
- Full address of the company.
The name of the response will be the one who will be authorized to contact Gitt through phone support.
Please allow us up to one business day to process your request. You will receive an email to confirm your enrolling of phone support for your company.
